Your access to and use of the Site is conditional upon you agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use. As a further condition of use of the Site, you warrant to KEYNOTES that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited by any applicable regulation or is otherwise inconsistent with these Terms of Use. You further warrant that you will not attempt or actually systematically extract data contained in the Site to populate databases for internal or external use.
