Faris and his partner Rosie have been running the nomadic creative consultancy Genius Steals for five years. They work with brands like Coca-Cola, Gibson Guitars, InterContinental, agencies such as Ogilvy and OMD. They speak at conferences all over the world, from Brazil to Bulgaria, India, England, New Zealand, for Google, 3M, Subway. Previously, Faris founded a digital agency in NYC, sold to MDC Partners, where Faris become the Chief Innovation Officer. Before that he was Chief Digital Officer of McCann Erickson.
