I thrive on creating meaningful change, helping workplaces transform into inclusive, thriving communities. In 2020, I made history in New Zealand as the first Chief People & Inclusion Officer at Timely, setting a new precedent for C-suite roles. I’ve held leadership roles with organisations like Ogilvy and EverCommerce, driving people, culture, and inclusion strategies that spark innovation and foster belonging. As a proud Trans woman, my journey has shaped my mission to create a more equitable world.
